Parkjam is taking place at Harris Park, located at 531 Ridout Street N. in London, Ontario.
Yes! The box office will be located at the front of the festival gates. Tickets are limited quantity and first come, first serve. Please note: it will be cash only at the gates.
Certain dates will be 19+ only or All Ages. Please view the ticket link for the date you are looking to attend to see any age restrictions.
The venue is wheelchair accessible with an elevated viewing platform for those with wheelchairs or other accessible needs. Please be advise that the platform has limited availability and will be first come, first serve.
There is NO parking available on-site. There are City of London parking lots within a two-three block radius. Harris Park is also accessible by multiple bus routes. Please check www.londontransit.cato find which route works best for you.
The official BlockParty London After Parties will be held at London Music Hall – 185 Queens Avenue. Stay tuned for details!
Please note: you must be 19+ and have valid I.D to attend after parties.
AFTERPARTY (BLOCKPARTY ONLY)
After Parties will take place at the London Music Hall, located at 185 Queens Ave, London ON. There will be an After Party following each day of the festival.
No, your wristband is not a ticket to the After Party. After Party tickets are sold separately and will be available at the door or through ticketmaster.ca, until quantities last.
Doors open at 11PM on both dates.
Artists will be announced on Blockparty London’s social media within 24 hours before the event takes place.
PERFORMERS
GA and VIP tickets do not include meet and greets. Bands/Artists manage their own schedules outside of their allocated performance time. Parkjam has no control over setting up meet & greets with fans.
Artist set-times TBA. Set times will be posted on social media the week of the event.
TICKETS and WRISTBANDS
There are two types of tickets: General Admission and VIP-19+. You can purchase tickets in person at the London Music Hall box office or at ticketmaster.ca. Tickets will also be available at the gates, while quantities last.
VIP-19+ upgrades for general admission tickets will be available onsite during the festival, while quantities last.

- Access to VIP Only section, including a section divided in front of stage.
- Access to VIP Only Private Washrooms.
- Use of VIP Only Private Bars.
- Access to VIP Only Elevated viewing section.
Yes! You can upgrade your GA admission ticket for a VIP admission ticket at the VIP entrance inside the festival grounds, while quantities last.
Please note: VIP area is 19+ ONLY, therefore you must have a valid I.D to enter area.
All ticket sales are final. Parkjam is a rain or shine event therefore no refunds will be issued due to weather. Artists and program schedules are subject to change without notice.
Your ticket will be scanned at the gates of the festival. VIP ticket holders will exchange their ticket for a wristband at the festival gates or in advance during advance pick-up dates (see below). The VIP wristband must remain on the same individual during the entirety of the event. If your wristband is ripped, damaged or tampered with in any way, the Parkjam staff have the right to refuse entrance at their own discretion.

Wristbands will be available for pickup at the London Music Hall on the following dates:
- Monday August 26th: 11AM-5PM
- Tuesday August 27th: 11AM-5PM
- Wednesday August 28th: 11AM-5PM
- Thursday August 29th: 11AM-5PM
- Friday August 30th: 11AM-5PM
- Tuesday September 3rd: 11AM-5PM
- Wednesday September 4th: 11AM-5PM
**MUST have the ID of the ticket purchaser to pick up wristband(s).
Wristband are available for pickup at the FESTIVAL gates between 3PM-10:00PM on the specific date your ticket is purchased for.
You will need your ticket and the ID of the ticket purchaser to pick up your wristband.
Yes, tickets will be available at the box office, located at the entrance to the festival grounds. Please note: it will be CASH ONLY at the gates.
There will be no re-entry at Parkjam to ensure patrons’ safety and security. There will be a variety of food and drink options available on-site to meet many dietary needs.
Please keep your ticket with you as proof of purchase. However, once you receive your wristband, it is considered your ticket into the festival and must always be worn by you .
NOTE: In the case of cancellation of the festival – your ticket will be used for refunds at point of purchase, NOT wristbands.
Yes, you need your wristband to enter the festival. Early wristband pick-up will be available at the London Music Hall box office on schedule dates.
Wristbands are non-transferrable. If your wristband is ripped, damaged or tampered with in any way, it will be voided and will result in denied entrance to the festival.
This is a general admission event with no designated sections of than for VIP ticket holders; the section/seat number on the ticket is for tracking purposes only.
AT THE FESTIVAL
Parkjam is a rain or shine event, no refunds will be issued.
The box office and all bars are CASH ONLY.
Acceptable forms of payment will vary at all food and merchandise vendors.
There will be ATMs onsite.
Outside food and drink is strictly prohibited on site. There will be a variety of food and drink options available onsite. Stay tuned for a list of vendors! Small clear, empty plastic water bottles are permitted upon entry.

Smoking within the festival grounds is PROHIBITED. There will be designated smoking areas just outside the main festival entrance. Anyone caught smoking on festival grounds will be ejected from the festival without warning.
Yes, cannabis will be allowed in pre-rolled form only with a strictlimit of 2 grams per person. There is a zero-tolerance policy for any bongs, pipes or other consumption accessories. Patrons can smoke in the designated smoking areas just outside the main festival gates. Anyone caught smoking on festival grounds will be ejected from the festival without warning.
Smartphone cameras and camera phones will be permitted. All professional cameras are prohibited unless otherwise approved in advance.

Yes, a free water refill station will be available onsite. Small clear and empty plastic water bottles allowed in upon entry.

ON SITE SERVICES
Food vendors will be located on site. Gluten Free option included. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. VIP-19+ upgrades for general admission tickets will be available onsite during the festival, while quantities last.
ATM Machines available on site.
There is NO on-site parking available. There are parking lots located within a two-three block radius of the park.
Portable restrooms are available throughout the grounds.
There are medical stations that are staffed with emergency medical professionals on site.
A FREE water refill station will be available on-site.
